I’m intrigued by the concept of “…becoming more of what you’ve always been.” For the past few months I’ve been on a journey of releasing everything that isn’t me—all of the programming that has come from many external sources and created an amalgamation of what I used to think of as “me.” And it was a heavy load, with lots of rules. As I’ve been shedding the weight, I’ve become more and more joyful as I rediscover what’s actually me. Now, I’m turning my attention to—as Frank Sinatra said—doing it my way. A principal related to this idea is that we are born sufficient and whole, possessing everything we need to thrive and succeed, even after educational and occupational conditioning gets a hold of us.

It sounds like you are instinctually and intuitively finding your way back to coming more of what you’ve always been. Keep leaning in and keep going!
